- The item is unworn and unaltered
- Original tags are attached
- Item is in original packaging (where applicable)

2. We provide the return address
3. Ship the item by post or courier
4. Once received and inspected, we issue a refund or exchange within 5-7 business days

When returns are not accepted?
- Used, washed or damaged items
- After the 14-day window
- Items purchased at over 50% discount (final sale)
